Description

The Achilles heel to the Scrambler 1200 XC/C/XE is the stock radiator fan bracket. At some point it will fail on you and leave you stranded. The plastic stock bracket and spot welded metal bracket breaks and pushes the fan in to the radiator. This leads to potential failure of fan and/or radiator. Use this upgraded bracket to prevent failures and costly expenses to your ride.

Made out of extremely strong 5052 H3 Black Anodized Aluminum. Material thickness at .100- (2.5mm) for a robust part. All hardware included for an easy install.

Aluminum alloy 5052 in H32 temper exhibits a tensile strength typically between 31,000 and 38,000 psi. Specifically, the ultimate tensile strength is 228 MPa (33,000 psi) and the tensile yield strength is 193 MPa (28,000 psi). It also has a Brinell hardness of 60 and an elongation at break of 12%.
